At Go North Lodging, we believe that where you stay should feel just like home — but with a touch of Northern Hospitality. Founded in 2021, our company was born out of a love for comfortable, unique accommodations and a desire to share the beauty of Northern Ontario with the world. What types of properties does Go North Lodging offer?

We offer fully furnished short-term rental homes in various communities throughout Northern Ontario. Our properties range from cozy apartments to spacious homes, all equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Are your properties suitable for long-term stays?

Yes! Some of our rentals are ideal for longer stays of 2+ weeks. We welcome professionals, families, and work crews looking for clean, spacious accommodations that feel like home. Please contact us directly for custom long-term pricing.

What amenities can I expect at your properties?

Our homes are fully furnished and include essentials like a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry facilities (in most properties), BBQs and parking. Some properties also feature extras like saunas and firepits.

What towns do you have properties in?

We currently have properties in Cochrane, Timmins and Kirkland Lake and hope to expand to other communities soon!

How do I book a property?

Bookings can be made through popular platforms like Airbnb, VRBO or by contacting us directly. Check our website for property listings and availability.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Yes, some of our properties are pet-friendly and require a pet fee. Please reach out to us to determine which properties can accommodate your pets.

Do you offer corporate or group bookings?

Yes! We frequently host work crews, contractors, and corporate groups. Contact us via email for a custom quote for long-term stays.

What if I need assistance during my stay?

Our team is always available to assist. You’ll receive contact details upon booking, and we’re just a message away for any issues or questions during your stay. We ask that guests use the chat or email to contact us as it is monitored by our team, and only phone calls for emergencies.

Are your properties close to outdoor activities?

Absolutely! Many of our properties are near snowmobile and walking trails, lakes, and other outdoor attractions. Northern Ontario is known for its natural beauty, and our homes are well-situated to explore the area.

What’s included in my reservation?

Each of our properties guarantee a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. We provide everything you need for a hassle-free visit, including self-check in, fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and fully stocked kitchens to make home cooked meals. Our rates include all utilities and high speed Wi-Fi. The rate also includes a cleaning fee, and we can provide additional cleaning during your stay if required at an additional cost.

Can I extend my stay after booking?

Yes! If you’d like to extend your stay, reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do your properties have air conditioning?

Yes! All of our properties either have built-in air conditioning or standing AC units, to keep our properties at a comfortable temperature!

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies per property. For short term stays, guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.

How do I check into the property?

Each property has keyless, 24/7 access. This means that you’ll receive a code to the door 2 days prior to check-in. This code will remain active from check in to check out for your convenience.

Is parking available at all properties?

Yes, all properties include parking, with some offering additional space for trailers or work vehicles.

Do you provide cleaning services during long-term stays?

For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

What are your check-out instructions?

We like to keep it pretty simple! We appreciate it if you can load the dishwasher and start it before you go, but other than that our crews handle the rest! They always appreciate it if you start a load of towels but it is not necessary. Please make sure you double check for your personal belongings & lock up!

Do you have any cameras at the properties?

Yes! We usually have cameras facing each entry point as well as the driveway. This helps us keep an eye on maintenance items, such as snow removal, as well as traffic in and out of our properties. We never have any cameras inside the property.

What are your house rules?

We like to keep house rules pretty simple and most are common sense. We ask that you treat our homes as if they were your own! - No smoking or vaping inside the properties. Smoking is allowed outside and cigarette buts must be disposed of in proper receptacles - not thrown on ground. - Quiet hours are 10pm-7am in order to respect the neighbors. - We do not allow any large gatherings, events or parties at our properties due to liability and potential for damages. Each property has a maximum number of guests allowed for sleeping.
